Can AskMeNow answer any question?
AskMeNow's service can answer a wide array of stuff, and you can find just about anything through AskWiki. But since we're mobile, we can't answer multiple questions simultaneously (only one at a time) or in depth research questions. We know we're not perfect, so if there is some type of info we don't cover that you'd like us to try to include, just let us know.
How can I ask a question?
You can access AskMeNow by visiting m.askmenow.com from your mobile phone browser, downloading the AskMeNow Application or texting questions to ASKME (27563). For a more in depth explanation, visit How To Use.
Where can I use AskMeNow?
You can use the AskMeNow mobile site anywhere in the world where you receive data service on your cell phone. The SMS service only works on phones from our Supported Carriers, but can usually be used anywhere that you get data service. Keep in mind that although AskMeNow doesn't charge a fee, your carrier data charges are usually higher when traveling abroad.
Why am I not receiving an answer to my question?
To ensure the delivery of a response, users must be registered with an accurate and up-to-date cell phone number and carrier. Additionally, your phone must also be able to receive text messages and/or have an Internet enabled phone, and must be in an area where you are receiving a data signal.
